New for 2022

Day 12 of the 12 Days of Christmas has arrived. This is the last blog for the Christmas season. I hope all of you have enjoyed it as much as I have enjoyed doing it. I hope that as we move into 2022 that we hang onto the magic of Christmas.

I hope that I get to travel to speak for my business and see some friends. It would be great to attend conferences and talk in person. My business activity begins in 2022, finishing the packages and services that I will offer through my business. My website team from Biaka Works will complete the website design for the boxes and services.

Since my brand has been solidified in 2021, the focus for 2022 shifts to marketing. That includes a photoshoot to record the videos for my packages. I also need to get back to my YouTube channel. I plan to go live in 2022 regularly. All of those recordings will be found on my YouTube channel. I am also starting a show on Stream Yard through LinkedIn Live and fine-tuning the format, name, start date, and frequency.

I have been accepted to speak at conferences, so I need to create, finish, and practice presentation slides. My bucket list item for 2022 is when I will present in person in June at the 2022 Building Business Capability Conference. The critical factor is that the conference needs to be held as scheduled in Hollywood, FL (Fort Lauderdale).

The Biaka Works team is the best group that I could have to work with me. In addition, I have a core group of supporters that are always there and rooting from the bleachers. It takes a village, and as a solopreneur, I can’t do it all alone. In 2022 the main focus, as always, is the people having fun and laughing all the time. Being Optimistic is the best path to take. My goal is to make at least one person laugh every day. When it happens to more than one person, that is a bonus. Until next time, please keep your glass at least half full. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. I wish all of you a prosperous and healthy 2022
