The Optimistic BA Update
I hope that all of you who celebrated the US Thanksgiving had a grand celebration with the special people in your life. I have a mixture of news to update everyone. Health Update: Thanksgiving week started on Monday with the news that I had cellulitis for the third time. I am not sick like when I was hospitalized the first time, and my leg is not as swollen as the second time. This time I have six new sores oozing and bleeding. We resumed the antibiotic game, and I am now on number four. Don’t worry; my glass is still at least half full.
I finished my last 2021 speaking appearance Saturday for the IIBA India Delhi Chapter. I was honored to deliver the keynote for their professional development day. Later Saturday, I had lunch with one of my bowling friends, and we had a great time. We talked for three hours, and she is one of those infinity friends. We share a birthday, but she is older, and her youngest is my godchild. Old friendships are gold and priceless.
I continue working on conference presentations for next year and the products I will sell on my website. January has me speaking at two IIBA Chapters, but I won’t publish details until they advertise them. I am planning to blog for the twelve days of Christmas. I plan to start blogging on December 12th and finish on December 23rd. That way, people will be around to read my blogs before they take a break for Christmas. We will also have the new Christmas and New Year’s Judymojis.
I will debut in January 2022 what I will be doing with LinkedIn Live so stay tuned. There will also be a surprise on Social Media on December 15th. The Optimistic BA will be revealing a hidden talent! My immediate goal is to reduce foot swelling and be able to wear shoes again. Please go out and make it a great day! Until next time, please keep your glass at least half full!
