2022 - Start Learning Early

2022 begins with The Optimistic BA teaching “Introduction to The Human Aspect of the BA Toolkit” through Your Clear Next Step, LLC. The course has been refined to include a hands-on activity with each session. The final session will be about 95% hands-on for the attendees. 85% of what a BA does includes working with people, and they need to have an excellent command of Soft Skills.

This course targets a new BA to a BA with about three years of service. The course starts January 11, 2022, and is held weekly through February 15, 2022. The time is 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm CST and will be held via Zoom. BAs who attend this course will learn how to handle people, which is crucial to successful projects. They will also be positioned to continue on their career journey to becoming a Senior BA.
