BACon 2021 (Annual Business Analysis Conference)

This is my first time attending BACon and will also be my First In-Person Professional Speaking Debut. This is the first IIBA In-Person Conference, at least in the United States since the Pandemic. The conference time is from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm EDT, but it is unknown what time I will be presenting. 

I will be presenting my most requested topic, Five Characteristics Needed to Be a Great Leader. Leadership is not a job title or a position, and BAs make perfect leaders. Senior BAs must be leaders who complement their skills as mentors, coaches, and trainers. Registration opens on June 16, 2021.
