Top Five Things I Do Every Morning to Have a Successful Day
I am back; I think blogging for 31 days made me tired. Actually, I have been working on the business creating the services I am going to offer as “The Optimistic BA.” I have also kept Team Biaka busy as they have created more social images for me to use.
I plan to blog on Mondays and Thursdays. I may also do short blogs on other days. Come back on Thursday as I will be making an announcement!
I have been asked many times how do I stay so positive. I am sharing my morning routine, which hopefully will help some of you.
The Morning Routine of “The Optimistic BA”
I treat the day as a gift to open and cherish. Every day you wake up is a good day. It is up to me to make it awesome! You can't get any time back that you wasted.
I go to the gym to work out most days. For me, that is how to get the most out of it. As I work out, I do some deep thinking. If I have to go later, then my deep thought is to unwind from the day.
When I return home from the gym, I watch the morning news. I usually eat breakfast during this time. I typically am also interacting on social media with my I-PAD or phone.
I start my day in my home office between 8:00 am, and 9:00 am. I may start earlier if I have a meeting or a phone call. I am flexible as there are days, I tend to stay in the recliner a bit longer. I could try to say this is deeper thinking, but this is a code word for a nap.
After an excellent start to my day, I remain positive and optimistic throughout the day. If I can make multiple people smile or laugh each day, my day is successful. If you can be like this, it makes life so much easier and better.

Until Thursday, remember to keep your glass at least half full!
