Spring is in the Air
I had planned for a big blog on Monday talking about the new beginnings of a new month, meteorological spring, and so on. I slept in, and then I took a good look at the calendar for the week. My CPA is coming to see me on Friday. I had put our personal information together, but my business information was not as organized. Normally, I am a person who pays attention to detail. I kept all expense information in an email folder, but I never created a spreadsheet or purchased a tool.
In a way, I believe I denied that I would have more expenses this year than I would income. 2020 was the year I experimented with different tools, and now I have disposed of most of them. 2021 will be the year that I will have fewer things to keep track of. Now I do hope that I have more income to keep track of. Last night I finished reviewing all of my business information. I also got the forms completed for my CPA and have all my questions organized.
I have not worked on much else this week, but I believe I have turned the corner. I need to create a few abstracts to submit to conferences. I also need to update the events section of my website as 2021 fills up in a good way. I better wrap up this blog, so I get it posted today. This week will be a huge TGIF. Have a great weekend, everyone!
