Special Optimistic Bites- Interview Style

Two friends will interview each other on a special edition of Optimistic Bites. Save the Date for Thursday, July 28th at 4:00 pm CDT (Chicago Time). Danelkis Serra will visit The Optimistic BA to have an interview-style exchange. Danelkis and I are close friends, but we will try to stump each other. We will discuss any topic, from personal things to business analysis and beyond.

You can guarantee you will get some good laughs, and there will be serious questions. The format style will be a little different. The first half-hour will be each of us answering questions from the other. The last fifteen minutes will be for the audience to ask us questions. You know my story, and most of you know her story. Here is a short synopsis of her biography.

Developing relationships, discovering solutions, and driving value are Danelkis' primary motivators. She believes that understanding the origin of thoughts and creating transparency leads to stronger relationships and successful outcomes. Danelkis enjoys volunteering as a means of giving back to her community and has coordinated a variety of mentoring programs. She started as a member and volunteer at the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), and in early 2018, she joined as the Chapter Operations Manager, Chapters and Membership Engagement.
