After 25 years of merging IT and business in insurance, education, logistics, banking, payment, and pension investment industries, Yulia’s expertise in the business analysis and analytics community is vast and she has a lot of advice to give! She often leads webinars, speaks at conferences, and offers coaching services. She is the author of “Business Analyst: a Profession and a Mindset” and “Business Analysis Mindset Digital Toolkit”, in addition to teaching business analytics at the Humber College in Toronto.
